During the WOC and WTOC, the presidents and delegates of the Federations which are affiliated to IOF (International Orienteering Federation) will gather for the IOF Congress and the XXVIII Ordinary General Assembly.

The IOF Congress, the Pre General Assembly and the XXVIII Ordinary General Assembly will be held in the meeting room of the Grand Hotel Astoria - Piazza Italia, 1 Lavarone (TN) - Italy.

The IOF commissions will meet at the Event Center on the Lavarone school. The schedule for these meetings will be provided by the IOF Secretariat one the week prior to the event.

The IOF delegates and representatives of the Federations should register through the official form of accreditation available at registration.

The ID cards accreditation VIP transportation tickets and parking tickets will be provided by the WOC 2014 at the Events Center. It request a passport photo.

Delegates will receive IOF program for the Congress, the General Assembly and other meetings directly from the IOF Secretariat.

ACCREDITATION

Accreditation entitles you to:
• Use the VIP tent in the arenas of race;
• Receive start lists, results and maps of the WOC races;
• Participate in the VIP / Media race;
• Promotional materials.

The accreditation gives no right to:
• Entry Five Days Of Italy (WOC Tour)

BANQUET

For IOF delegates, VIPs and Guests there is a WOC - WTOC final banquet.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to the arenas and race model event will be provided for IOF delegates, VIPs and the WOC guests who have requested and paid for a transport-packet. Additional information about the packet to the transportation page.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
